Analysis and reporting

cerebellar-models provides a set of tools to analyze the structure and the results of simulations of the BSB reconstructions. The results of these analysis can be plotted with matplotlib and exported into files.

The code related to the analysis can be found in the cerebellar_models/analysis folder.
