Analysis and reporting
======================

``cerebellar-models`` provides a set of tools to analyze the structure and the results of simulations
of the BSB reconstructions. The results of these analysis can be plotted with ``matplotlib``
and exported into files.

The code related to the analysis can be found in the ``cerebellar_models/analysis`` folder.
